Wow, sounds amazing. Must have been interesting seeing all of those converted buildings. I love that kind of stuff. Hopefully you have lots of pictures. That's the Italy I'd like to see someday. Now, if I can just find someone to plan the whole thing for me. . . that must have been nice!
Who has ever heard of oceanfront real estate being untouched?!?!?! Nonsense!

Phyllis can practice her Italian cooking on me any day. I gladly show her some Alaskan tricks in return. You know, how to use a hammer as a meat tenderizer, cooking with sub-par ingredients that cost a fortune that you can tell traveled many days to reach you, the ulu (realized it's very good for chopping nuts. they don't really fly everywhere like they sometimes can with a knife on a board. Also good for chopping herbs right into into oil for a spread.). All that and more!
